Prayer Requests 8/2/18

The prayer requests from Thursday’s Love in Action meal are below. Thank you for praying with us for this ministry and our guests.

Where is the god who can compare with you—
    wiping the slate clean of guilt,
Turning a blind eye, a deaf ear,
    to the past sins of your purged and precious people?
You don’t nurse your anger and don’t stay angry long,
    for mercy is your specialty. That’s what you love most.
And compassion is on its way to us.
    You’ll stamp out our wrongdoing.

    to the bottom of the ocean.
You’ll stay true to your word to Father Jacob
    and continue the compassion you showed Grandfather Abraham—

-- Pray for La'Shawnta P.: Prosperity, understanding, love, patience, asking God to comfort her.

-- CHB: These places that are supposed to help people, don't turn me away anymore! These people around me to stop complaining about body odor! And people to stop complaining about people cutting in line! Also that I don't have to see the Task Force anymore! I get everything I want!
