Prayer Requests 2/19/15
The prayer requests from last Thursday's Love in Action meal are below. (Sorry for the delay!)
Last week we served plenty of guests, but because of cold weather that day, many guests took their meals and left to find shelter. So there aren't as many prayer requests as usual.

He’s already spoken with 2nd Chance. Please pray they will purchase new welding equipment for him and that he will get the job he’s applied for so he can get off the street.
-- For a woman named Charlee. Thursday night was her first night with us. She’s in a wheelchair and has Multiple Sclerosis. She was heading to the Salvation Army to get off the street and be out of the cold. Please keep her in your prayers.
-- For Gypsy (our long time volunteer) and Turtle. They are leaving Saturday, Feb. 14th to head back to Texas. Gypsy got a job with the carnival again and we don’t know when we’ll see them both next. Also, pray for his health and support into the future.
-- For Ashley and her daughter Trinity.
-- For all those who loved and cared for Jill, please comfort them and bring them peace.

Prayer Requests 2/5/15

Heal me, O Eternal One, and I will be healed.
You alone can save me; to You alone do I sing my praise.
The scoffers keep mocking me, saying,
“Where is the word of the Eternal you keep talking about?
Why haven’t His words come to pass?”
You know I have not run from my calling—
I have been a shepherd to Your people as You commanded.
I have not secretly desired the day of disaster and sorrow.
You know everything I’ve spoken to these people,
because it was the task You’d set before me.
Do not turn and terrify me.
Be my refuge when the dreaded day of reckoning comes.
Jeremiah 17:14-17 (VOICE)
-- Robin B.: Stop this alcoholism in my life. I need stronger help.
-- Tajnika: Pray for me to be able to get my child back and for a job please. Thank you for your cooperation. Love always. Amen. God bless me.
