This is what God says,
    the God who builds a road right through the ocean,
    who carves a path through pounding waves,
The God who summons horses and chariots and armies—
    they lie down and then can’t get up;
    they’re snuffed out like so many candles:
“Forget about what’s happened;
    don’t keep going over old history.
Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new.
    It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it?

-- Lord, bless me to overcome this bout of homelessness victorious. With a career, a home, vehicle, peace of mind, strength and clarity. Bless Marquell D., the same way Pidef our family & loved ones. -- For Jimmy, who is new here from one of the cold states. This was his second week eating with us at LIA. He’s a welder and his tools were stolen a few weeks ago. He’s already spoken with 2nd Chance. Please pray they will purchase new welding equipment for him and that he will get the job he’s applied for so he can get off the street.  
-- For a woman named Charlee. Thursday night was her first night with us. She’s in a wheelchair and has Multiple Sclerosis. She was heading to the Salvation Army to get off the street and be out of the cold. Please keep her in your prayers.  
-- For Gypsy (our long time volunteer) and Turtle. They are leaving Saturday, Feb. 14th to head back to Texas. Gypsy got a job with the carnival again and we don’t know when we’ll see them both next. Also, pray for his health and support into the future. 
-- For Ashley and her daughter Trinity.
-- For all those who loved and cared for Jill, please comfort them and bring them peace.
-- For Dave's killer to be found, brought to justice, and made whole. For the police department to continue to give attention and effort to solving the case. Please pray that this case will not just fall through the cracks.
-- For the health of our volunteers. 
-- For Bianca and her family.
