The prayer requests from Thursday’s Love in Action meal are below. Thank you for praying with us for this ministry and our guests.
Blessings,

Praise our God, all peoples,
let the sound of his praise be heard;
he has preserved our lives
and kept our feet from slipping.
For you, God, tested us;
you refined us like silver.
You brought us into prison
and laid burdens on our backs.
You let people ride over our heads;
we went through fire and water,
but you brought us to a place of abundance.

Prayer Requests 10/20/16
The prayer requests from Thursday’s Love in Action meal are below. Thank you for praying with us and for us.
Blessings,
Erika
“You’re familiar with the old written law, ‘Love your friend,’ and its unwritten companion, ‘Hate your enemy.’ I’m challenging that. I’m telling you to love your enemies. Let them bring out the best in you, not the worst. When someone gives you a hard time, respond with the energies of prayer, for then you are working out of your true selves, your God-created selves. This is what God does. He gives his best—the sun to warm and the rain to nourish—to everyone, regardless: the good and bad, the nice and nasty. If all you do is love the lovable, do you expect a bonus? Anybody can do that. If you simply say hello to those who greet you, do you expect a medal? Any run-of-the-mill sinner does that.
“In a word, what I’m saying is, Grow up. You’re kingdom subjects. Now live like it. Live out your God-created identity. Live generously and graciously toward others, the way God lives toward you.”
Matthew 5:43-48 (MSG)
-- Pray for David, Michelle, Matize, and me. Help us get our lives together and keep on track. Thank you.
-- I thank you, Jesus, for the church, family, and friends. Lord, watch over us including my son Carter and family. We love your pastor. Amen
-- Please keep my daughter Christina in your prayers. May the Lord protect her from all harm and evil. May she not lose faith. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
-- Moe: Pray for me, my wife, Apostle Digi, our kids, unborn baby, financial stability, phone, good health and abundance.
-- Please pray the Lord’s Prayer as Lord Jesus gives us His love. Luke 11:2-4; Matthew 6. Thank you. Amen and Hallelujah.
-- Pray for peace in Jerusalem.
-- Pray for the health of my unborn twins. Pray for an easy birth.
-- Keep my mom safe in Brazil. May my family get back together. Pray that the judge rules in my favor.
-- Jonathan J.: I request praying for my mother, Debi, who is bedridden and suffering from a sore on her back. Provision and protection for my brother Jayson and myself.
-- Juanita C.: Help me all the way. Please bring back my boyfriend. I have cancer and I need him.
-- Please pray for those in Syria.
-- Please pray for our country.
-- Patterson E.: Two black bags. Thanks.
-- Pat - very sick. Ulric - very sick. Zeph - very sick. Aldria and family. Haiti. South Carolina. Rufus, Verone, and Roger and family.

Prayer Requests 10/13/16
The prayer requests from last Thursday’s Love in Action meal are below. Thanks for your ongoing prayers!
Blessings,
Erika
“Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen:
to loose the chains of injustice
and untie the cords of the yoke,
to set the oppressed free
and break every yoke?
Is it not to share your food with the hungry
and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter—
when you see the naked, to clothe them,
and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?
Then your light will break forth like the dawn,
and your healing will quickly appear;
then your righteousness will go before you,
and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard.
Then you will call, and the Lord will answer;
you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I.
“If you do away with the yoke of oppression,
with the pointing finger and malicious talk,
and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry
and satisfy the needs of the oppressed,
then your light will rise in the darkness,
and your night will become like the noonday.
The Lord will guide you always;
he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail.
Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins
and will raise up the age-old foundations;
you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls,
Restorer of Streets with Dwellings."
Isaiah 58:6-12 (NIV)

“Come, all you who are thirsty,
come to the waters;
and you who have no money,
come, buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk
without money and without cost.
Why spend money on what is not bread,
and your labor on what does not satisfy?
Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good,
and you will delight in the richest of fare.
Give ear and come to me;
listen, that you may live.
I will make an everlasting covenant with you,
my faithful love promised to David.”

“Come, all you who are thirsty,
come to the waters;
and you who have no money,
come, buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk
without money and without cost.
Why spend money on what is not bread,
and your labor on what does not satisfy?
Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good,
and you will delight in the richest of fare.
Give ear and come to me;
listen, that you may live.
I will make an everlasting covenant with you,
my faithful love promised to David.”
Isaiah 55:1-3 (NIV)

Prayer Requests 8/25/16
The prayer requests from Thursday’s Love in Action meal are below. Thank you for praying with us for this ministry and our guests.
Blessings,
Erika
Most of all, love each other steadily and unselfishly, because love makes up for many faults. Show hospitality to each other without complaint. Use whatever gift you’ve received for the good of one another so that you can show yourselves to be good stewards of God’s grace in all its varieties. If you’re called upon to talk, speak as though God put the words in your mouth; if you’re called upon to serve others, serve as though you had the strength of God behind you. In these ways, God may be glorified in all you do through Jesus the Anointed, to whom belongs glory and power, now and forever. Amen.
