Prayer Requests 12/4/14

The prayer requests from Thursday's Love in Action meal are below.

Next Thursday, December 11th, Love in Action is hosting a Memorial Service in remembrance of the homeless friends we have lost over the past year. A candlelight ceremony will be held at 5:30 p.m. at HOPE Central (1100 N. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale) followed by a shared meal and time of community. Please join us if you are able and keep this event in your prayers.

The first section of this week's prayers lists the names and ages of the 59 homeless friends we lost locally in 2014. Sadly, this number has more than doubled over the previous year.

We thank God for these precious lives. Father, be with all those who grieve their loss. Please help us lovingly care for all of your children.

Thank you for praying with us!

Blessings,
Erika

Blessed are those who mourn,
    for they will be comforted.
