Prayer Requests 9/18/14

The prayer requests from Thursday's Love in Action meal are below. Thanks for your ongoing prayers for this ministry and our guests.

The pressure never let up;
    all the juices of my life dried up.
Then I let it all out;
    I said, “I’ll make a clean breast of my failures to God.”
Suddenly the pressure was gone—
    my guilt dissolved,
    my sin disappeared.
These things add up. Every one of us needs to pray;
    when all hell breaks loose and the dam bursts
    we’ll be on high ground, untouched.

-- Ray: Please praise God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. All glory goes to God, even in our temporary defeat at Fort Lauderdale City Hall. God has a better idea!!! Please pray for God's will to be done eventually, sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly. Amen.
-- Please pray for Clare Rose that she finds housing close to Lauderhill Mall so she can work early voting and for transportation. Praises to God. Pray for everyone.
-- Father God, thank you for your mercy and grace. Forgive my sin. I need a place to lay my head and a breathing machine. Please help me. Amen.

-- Lord, my path is a lonely one. I would like a wife and children so that I may no longer be empty inside.

-- Frederick and Kimona: Lord, I pray for Kimona, that you heal her mind, body and soul. Lord, we pray for our kids, family and friends, and others. Lord, we pray that you keep us safe from all evil. We pray for those who prepared this food and Lord, I pray for a job. Thank you.God bless you!!

-- For all those who loved and cared for Jill, please comfort them and bring them peace.
-- For Dave's killer to be found, brought to justice, and made whole. For the police department to continue to give attention and effort to solving the case. Please pray that this case will not just fall through the cracks.
